The Edge of the Map

This week's theme is courtesy of Mike Pell - Sea Monsters.  Whatever manner of beasts or creatures from the depths of the sea that our artists can imagine.  This should be fun.
Have a great week!

Just a few more hours left in our logo poll, so please take a minute to vote.

This morning's sketches all feature the Huntress.

Jenaro Pagan did this sweet, time slip Huntress.

James Bukauskas reimagines Huntress as a member of Marvel's X-Force.

This scarred Huntress by Drew Moss is inspired by Battle of the Planets.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

More Monkeys

Back when Mike Pell started at Archie in the art dept they had Zip Disks. They were like gold, each person was rationed one, no more unless it was broken. So obviously being new, everyone kept taking his and he would have to ask for a new one. Which was not pleasant.  His plan was to draw monkeys (the best animal to draw, ever) on his Zip disks to keep it out of "enemy" hands. It worked for a longtime too. The fez wearing monkey with a bubble pipe is still Mike's favorite

James Bukauskas sent along his own Draw Monkey.
